The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, November 1, 2019, features a wedding day cliffhanger that has everyone on their toes. It was Lani’s big day and she has a huge decision to make.

Wedding bells were ringing, and not just at the expected venue. Jack (Matthew Ashford) was feeling the romance and presented Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) with a loving gift — a marriage license. He wants to get married ASAP. Why waste another minute apart?
A Word to the Wise
Donning her Sunday best for the wedding was a wake-up call for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Her dress wouldn’t fit which means she would soon start to show. She made it clear to Xander (Paul Telfer) and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) she was heading out of town after the wedding.
Maggie tried to fight her but seeing how close Sarah was getting to Xander was dangerous and maybe it is best if Sarah goes away. At least she’d be safe from his drama.
Mama’s Here
Lani knew everything is riding on this day. Julie’s future, Eli’s (Lamon Archey) heart, and her own dreams. However, when Lani saw her mother is here too she almost fell apart. How can she end her storybook romance in front of everyone, including Tamara (Marilyn McCoo)? The pressure was simply too much.

The Ultimate Gift and Biggest Curse
Gabi (Camila Banus) didn’t care who got hurt as long as Lani did. She paid Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) a visit under the guise of giving her a live stream view of the big day. However, what she really wanted was to flex her power once again.
She made Lani race to the hospital room for another demonstration. Gabi made Julie’s heart race and Lani’s drop through the floor. Lani did her best to beg and plead with Gabi to let her off the hook, or even let her dump Eli before the ceremony instead of during but the answer was a big, whopping, nope.
The Big Moment
The guests arrived (with “Hope” acting stranger than ever). Eli paid one last visit to see his grandma and rushed to stand at the altar. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple.
Lani donned her dress, received touching gifts from her favorite ladies, and marched down the aisle. It will soon be the moment of truth. Will Lani say ‘I Do’ or make a mad dash for the park? Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
