The Days of Our Lives recap for Thursday, December 12, 2019, features hot tempers, tough calls, and several futures up in the air. Justin gave Will a sense of peace, Kate riled up trouble, and Sarah and Eric made tough choices about their daughter’s future.
Word about baby Mickey’s diagnosis spread like wildfire through Salem and everyone was concerned. The baby’s condition is dire and her parents need all the support they can get, or at least that’s what Nicole (Arianna Zucker) thought.
She quickly learned her secrets and lies were still sore spots. She did an unforgivable thing and Eric wasn’t anywhere near ready to move on.
She’s not the only one on Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) list. He’s still not over Xander hanging around either. Xander is the only dad Mickey knows but Eric could care less. She is HIS daughter and he’s the only man in her life now. He loses his temper when he sees Xander holding the baby and ripped Mickey right out of arms.
As if Eric’s anger wasn’t hard enough for Nicole and devastating enough for Eric, he and Sarah decided to leave town with the baby. She had a better shot at survival seeing doctors on the other side of the country so they didn’t waste a second whisking her away.
Justin (Wally Kurth) paid a visit to the prison and spent some time with Will (Chandler Massey). This was the first time the men came face to face and things did not go as you would expect.
Instead of tears of rage and pain, there were tears of forgiveness and understanding. Justin made it clear he still loved Will like a son and that would never change. What happened was horrible but it was an accident and it was time for everyone to heal.
Justin wasn’t the only visitor Will had. Kate (Lauren Koslow) stopped by to see him after confronting Sonny (Freddie Smith) about moving on with Evan (Brock Kelly). She overheard about their kiss and ran to Will and spilled all.
She all but begged Will to call his husband and fix his marriage before it’s too late. Will did just that. He phoned up Sonny and asked him to come to the prison.
Sonny was with Evan when the phone rang and Evan made his feelings clear. He’ll back off if Sonny wants but he’s already falling for the Kiriakis heir. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
