The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, June 24, 2020, features Victor and Brady’s plan blowing up in their faces, Allie laying it all out, Will and Sonny seizing the day, and a stalker following Lani.
Victor (John Aniston) tried to cover for Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and clear her name but his plan did not work. As much as he and Brady (Eric Martsolf) argued Kristen was not the attacker, Eli (Lamon Archey) knew better. He knew the truth and shut down their scheme.
Oh sure, Victor could say he lied, but Eli told them how that would go down. Brady would go to jail since he confessed and Victor would be up on perjury charges. He warned them not to mess with the truth. Brady and Victor were at a loss.
Meanwhile, Allie’s (Lindsay Arnold) pregnancy continued being the talk of her family. Lucas (Bryan Datillo) tried to reason with his daughter but it ended with him (yes, him) running off in tears. Allie was set on adoption and that was that.
Allie then took comfort in Rafe (Galen Gering) and told him everything. He was proud of her for doing what’s best for baby and talked about his own time parenting (and losing) David.
Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) decided they should offer to adopt the baby. While Lucas wasn’t exactly on board with any adoption talk, at least this would keep the child in the family. However, Allie may have her ex-step dad in mind. Her talk with Rafe opened her eyes to how much he wanted a baby.
Jack (Matthew Ashford) caught up with Steve (Stephen Nichols) at the pub and was surprised to find out his brother was going back to work. Steve needed something to keep him occupied. Jack thought Steve really needed something to keep his mind off Kayla.
Meanwhile, Lani (Sal Stowers) caught up with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). The brides-to-be talked about their weddings, which had Kayla reminiscing about her past. Her memories of becoming Steve’s wife had Lani questioning if she was really over him.
When Kayla left, Eli showed up to touch base with his fiancé. They talked about their big day. Thankfully, Gabi’s (Camila Banus) trial was well underway (off-screen) and hopefully, she would be in jail when they walked down the aisle.
Little did Lani know someone was watching her the entire time. The mysterious figure was stalking her outside the restaurant watching her every move. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
