The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, March 12 features a day of tragedy, shock, and rebellion!
Saving Marlena!
Marlena (Deidre Hall) was near death and it took John, Kayla, and Sarah working against the clock to save her. Thankfully, the figured out the cause quick but it wasn’t fast enough. Marlena remained in a coma unable to bring herself around.
Now, they have to figure out where and when Marlena was exposed to penicillin. Which they did, when they found the cookies! Oh, and the paternity test that proved John IS Leo’s dad! (Likely doctored by Diana.)
Battling Bros
An attempt by Brady (Eric Martsolf) to team up with Eric (Greg Vaughan) against Stefan turned into fireworks. The brothers skipped over the need to save Holly from the horrors of DiMera mansion and jumped right into Eric’s past transgressions.
Brady even warned Rex (Kyle Lowder) to keep an eye on Eric around Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). The fight came to an abrupt end when Sarah called Eric about Marlena. The brothers rushed to be by her side and pray for her recovery.
Romance and Children
Speaking of the DiMera mansion, Chloe (Nadia Njorlin) and Stefan (Tyler Christopher) spent their evening flirting in the living room. A scream from Holly interrupted the moment but led to a stronger bond.
Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Will (Chandler Massey) celebrated being together — free and clear this time. The charges are dropped, the case is closed, and they have nothing standing in their way. Well, almost nothing. There was still the pesky issue of Sonny still being married to Leo.
Diana’s (Judith Chapman) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) faced off in her hotel room. Leo laid into her full force over all her lies. Richard’s murder to hold against him and now saying he was never his dad. Which is it, Diana? Did Leo kill his dad or not?
Of course, Diana pulled out all the stops to soothe her son’s rattled nerves. It didn’t do much good, though. Leo was through with his mother and all her lies.
Still, Diana had somewhere more important to be, anyway. She headed straight to the hospital to be with John!
