The Days of Our Lives recap for August 31-September 4, 2020, features a number of characters learning from their mistakes – the hard way.
Days of Our Lives Recap Highlights
Actions have consequences. Unfortunately, more often then not, they are of the unintended variety. When Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) fired that fatal bullet into Wendy Taylor all those years ago, he had no idea it would result in her fiancée deciding that biblical retribution would be the only way to achieve satisfaction.
Sami (Alison Sweeney) didn’t think about the havoc that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will inevitably wreck on her sister and brother-in-law. The only thing she was concerned with was blackening Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) reputation in the eyes of the family court judge.
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) didn’t consider the position that she would put Lani (Sal Stowers) in when she dropped off her daughter and asked the expectant mother to play nursemaid. Hint, it isn’t doing great things for Lani’s marriage.
And Chad (Billy Flynn) sure didn’t think that his decision to let Gwen (Emily O’Brien) stay on at Chez DiMera would come back to bite him in the behind. Yet the look on Abigail’s (Marci Miller) face when she caught her husband being embraced by his new housemate quickly assured him that he had made a bad, bad move.
DAYS Musings
So Xander (Paul Telfer) and Phillip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) are going to share CEO duties at Titan? Yea, those two seem wholly capable of divvying up responsibilities and working harmoniously.
Now that Tripp (Lucas Adams) is back and planning to firmly ensconce himself into Salem society once again, is it safe to say that we will soon be learning that he the not so proud papa of Baby Boy Horton? And if that be so, can he PLEASE give that tiny little thing a proper name? Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
