Days of Our Lives Recap: Claire’s One Twisted… Young Woman

The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, February 25 features a fantasy confession, shocking truths, and damaged relationships. It was just another day in Salem, USA.

Jack (Matthew Ashford) told Eve (Kassie DePaiva) that they couldn’t “just ship Haley (Thia Megia) off to China” just so he can become mayor. But Eve showed no mercy for Haley… or Jack’s relationship with his son JJ, for that matter.

Spilling Haley’s secret during the Mayoral Debate on live television would surely cause some major damage. Yet, Jack and Eve held nothing back when they put Melinda on the spot and revealed Haley’s secret, throwing poor JJ under the bus.

Ben arrived at Salem PD to visit Jordan (Chrishell Stause) but she was already halfway to Bayview. To his surprise, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) apologized yet again while letting him know he was a free man.

But there’s more: Hope told Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) that Jordan murdered their mother. Even with this new horrifying information, Ben couldn’t seem to shake off the last thing Jordan said to him and believes he’s indeed a monster and a danger to others.

While at the hospital Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) finally came clean to Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Tripp (Lucas Adams), telling them she was the one who set the first cabin fire nearly killing Ciara.

She wanted her out of her way once and for all and when she arrived to the cabin to find a hopeless Ciara hurt and unconscious, she took the opportunity to finish her off for good.

Except, Claire was only daydreaming about telling them what really happened, and while we the viewers all now know the truth, nobody in Salem does. That was some 40-minute fakeout, DAYS.
