Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal) have the relationship to end all relationships. Even when separated by a little ol’ thing like amnesia, they can still sense when the other is reading Lewis Carroll, and they can still remember shared dreams…it’s a psychic connection thang. Don’t question it. Ben and Ciara don’t.
Well, Ciara’s questioning it a little bit. At the moment, she’s still a little concerned over the fact that she’s hitched to a serial killer. But Marlena (Deidre Hall) vouches for him. As does Shawn (Brandon Beemer). Ditto her grandparents.
So how could she not agree to at least one hypnosis session with Dr. Evans? If nothing else, it’ll get everybody off her back.

Cover Up
Ava (Tamra Braun) already lost the son that she never wanted, so she’s gung ho to ensure that she never loses the son she fought so hard to establish a rapport with. Even if that means she has to get down on her hands and knees and beg Nicole (Arianne Zucker) not to tell Rafe (Galen Gering) that Tripp (Lucas Adams) had gone to see Charlie (Mike Manning) the night he died.
Nicole eventually relented, but only after she learned that Sami (Alison Sweeney) was well and truly off the hook for murder – which is certainly character growth because the Nicole of old would have happily let Sami fry. Guilty or otherwise.
Wakey, Wakey!
Belle (Martha Madison) complained to Shawn about Jan’s (Heather Lindell) threat to have John (Drake Hogestyn) arrested for assaulting her, then headed for her parents’ home to do more of the same.
A fed-up John told his daughter to just let the villainess do whatever she damned well pleased. He’s tired of all the bull, he’s afraid that he popped a cap in Charlie, and he’s just ready to gain some type of closure. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
