Days of our Lives Recap: Brady’s Brain Power Finally Kicks In

The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, May 7, 2021, features Kristen and Sami doing what they does best – making a bad situation 10 times worse.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlight

Susan (Stacy Haiduk) may indeed possess some seriously mad acting skills, or she just may indeed be a little mad, but all performances must come to an end. And Susan’s stint as Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) was well and truly rumbled once she signed her own name to Rachel’s birthday card. Even dim bulb Brady (Eric Martsolf) couldn’t deny this smoking gun.

Meanwhile, Kristen drugged Kate, stuffed her into a garment bag, and argued with Jake (Brandon Barash) over the woman’s unconscious body. Then, she stuffed her into the backseat of a car which she intended to drive to the airport.

Unluckily for Kristen, Kate awoke midtrip, and so startled her captor that they crashed into an oncoming vehicle…a vehicle being driven by Brady, who was rushing home to convince Kristen to turn herself in. Oh, the irony!

You Look Familiar

Two can play dress-up. Kristen has her Susan Banks disguise, and Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) still in possession of her Stan mask from 16 years ago. That’s right folks, Kristen may have perfected the art of masquerading as her fellow Salem ladies, but Sami got the whole ball rolling by adopting a completely different sex!

It’s just too bad for Sami that Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) actually recognized “Stan” who was pretending to be Lucas’s (Bryan Dattilo) doctor. Yes, Miss Lane may have been going through her “Phantom of the Opera,” phase nearly two decades ago, but she still remembered the man who showed her kindness one cold winter night…a man who wound up being Sami in disguise.

This Thing Called Love

Chanel (Precious Way) kissed a girl and she liked it. Allie (Lindsay Arnold) did the same but decided it wasn’t for her. She likes Chanel and all, but she’s far more interested in Tripp (Lucas Adams). And Tripp’s interested in Allie…but he was a little put off by the whole scene he walked in on.

Claire (Isabel Durant) wasn’t at all bothered by who kissed who, or who was gay and who was straight – but she wasn’t about to let her cousin get stuck for a drinks bill like she nearly was! Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
