The new Maison Blanche was the scene of much chaos. Marlena (Deidre Hall) talked SteVano (Stephen Nichols) out of murder, he proposed, she said yes (albeit reluctantly), and a rushed wedding was planned on the spot.
Fast Plans and Red Alarms
This was all a very big shock for the DiMera children. Chad (Billy Flynn) called his siblings home and brought them into the fold. SteVano demanded their love, support, and silence, or else! His kids agreed, mostly because they had to.
While the DiMera clan spent some time alone, Anna (Leann Hunley) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) touched base. Something was up with Chad and Abby worried her man was gong off the rails. Anna knows what that’s like, just look at what her poor Tony went through.

Meanwhile, Chad’s hostages were getting antsy, especially after Chad pulled a gun (which he didn’t use…yet). The ladies got off lucky and talked him down but they were left shaken up big time. Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Gabi (Camila Banus) agreed they needed to defend themselves (and each other) at all costs.
Love Always Wins
Meanwhile, John (Drake Hogestyn) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) worried they would not find Marlena in time. To make matters worse, the divorce papers came to his door. They knew right then they’d have to work harder than ever to bring Marlena home.
John prayed with all his might for Marlena to come back to him. In a twist only DAYS would do, Marlena heard his pleas and it gave her a moment of pause.
Goodbye, Hattie?
Over at the pub, Hattie packed up and prepared to head out, even after Roman (Josh Taylor) asked her to stay. She simply cannot live here without Roman by her side – as a boyfriend, not as a boss. He didn’t commit so it’s sayonara Salem for the doppelgänger. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
