Days Of Our Lives Poll Results: What’s Next For Gabi?

Gabi has gotten herself into a bit of a pickle on Days Of Our Lives. See, this cop shot Gabi’s husband. But then she wanted the dead husband’s heart for her fiance’s dying grandmother.

So Gabi (Camila Banus) kind of had Lani (Sal Stowers) beg for Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) heart to give to Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Gabi gave her permission… then made sure the pacemaker the heart needed was owned by DiMera and worked via remote control app on her phone. She threatened to use that app to zap Julie unless Lani dumped Eli (Lamon Archey) at the altar.

Lani did and, a year later, it was Gabi and Eli who were about to exchange I Do’s. Except Lani stopped them, spilled the beans, and now Gabi is looking for life behind bars once again. So what’s next? Almost 4,000 fans have suggestions:

And Throw Away the Keys

Lock her up, 42% of you chant. Gabi deserves prison time. And, no, the last time she served — when she wasn’t guilty — doesn’t count. Gabi needs to be punished. She’s already been to jail twice, she won’t find it so shocking. She’s not the sensitive and delicate type, like Abigail (Kate Mansi). When Abby does bad things, she deserves therapy and understanding. Gabi, eh, her type belongs behind bars.

Happily Ever After

A close 36% of Days of Our Lives fans want something completely different, however. You’d like to see Stefan return and sweep Gabi off her feet — and out of town. These two deserve a happily ever after. Whether or not Stefan still has his heart or not.
