On Days of our Lives, Sarah stopped loathing Xander long enough to thank him for the gravestone he ordered for the cemetery plot that they know holds the remains of Mackenzie Horton, not Rachel Isabella Black.
Days of our Lives Polling
But does this mean that little Mickey is actually gone for good… or is there more to this story than viewers have been led to believe? What over 6,000 fans had to say about it:
Triple Switch
A winning 48% of the audience can’t stop thinking about the third baby that was born the same night as Rachel and Mickey. Why were we repeatedly told about the third baby, if something suspicious wasn’t going on?
What if, before Xander (Paul Telfer) switched Sarah’s (Linsay Godfrey) dead daughter with Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) living one, someone had already switched the healthy baby girl Sarah gave birth to with another, sicker child? After all, Sarah’s baby was pronounced well on arrival. Perhaps a parent we haven’t met yet got jealous…
Put a Pin In It
On the other hand, 28% of you are certainly hoping that the story is over and done with. You’ve had enough Kristen crying, Sarah crying, Brady crying, Eric (Greg Vaughan) crying. Now that Kristen has flown the country with Rachel (should she call her Ricky, so the poor child isn’t too confused?), we should all promptly forget that any of this ever happened and move onto stories you actually care about.
Give It Time
A slightly smaller 24%, however, is sure that Mickey will turn up… eventually. In five years or so, when Rachel is a teenager showing off the full effects of being not a DiMera by blood, but by upbringing, and she comes to town to untangle her backstory, little Mickey will also be a teen, and she’ll be demanding some answers, too. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
