Days of our Lives Poll Results: Is Adrienne As Dead As Salem Thinks?

Days of our Lives’ one-year time jump has just been dropping the shockers. A big one was that Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) jailhouse roommate was… Will (Chandler Massey)?

And he’s there because he killed Adrienne (Judi Evans)?? (There is also the shocker of Justin moving on — awfully fast — with Kayla, but that’s another poll for another time.)

But Salem’s gotta Salem. Is Adrienne really as dead as the show would like viewers to believe? What almost 4,000 fans are still expecting to happen:

My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean

Nope, we don’t believe it for a minute, 87% of Days of our Lives fans assert. Not only that Will killed Adrienne, but that she’s even dead. It’s gotta be Bonnie, you figure. Some kind of mix up. Or maybe a deliberate plot. For some reason.

Maybe Adrienne is in hiding. And Justin (Wally Kurth) is just pretending to be dating Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). Maybe this is all connected to Steve (Stephen Nichols). He is Adrienne’s brother, after all. They could be in this together.

Whatever it is. It makes sense that Kayla and Justin would team up to protect Steve and Adrienne. It would make more sense than what we’re seeing on screen now. And it would bring both our fave Johnson siblings back home!

Done Deal

Adrienne is a done deal, 13% of the audience counters. If Will killed Bonnie he’d still be in prison, but Adrienne would be walking around, and Justin would be a faithful husband. If he is moving on — and if Kayla is willing to move on with him — they have to both believe that Adrienne is gone.

And, let’s face it, it’s not like the character had much to do while she was alive. She’s no great loss to the canvas. A year of mourning is plenty. Let’s all move on, shall we? (We’re just kidding.
