Days of our Lives Poll Results: Fans Judge Allie’s Flight From Salem

Doesn’t it feel like Allie had barely arrived on Days of our Lives before she’d taken off again? Of course, she did have a pretty exciting couple of days in town.

She tried to give up her unborn baby to Rafe, then agreed to give him to Sonny and Will, actually had the baby, changed her mind, decided to give him to Eric and Nicole, then hightailed it out of town – all without even naming the baby daddy. What do fans think of this wild child’s actions? The verdict from almost 7,000 of you!

Legal Matters

It was a squeaker, but the 43% of you who voted for Allie Needs To Come Back And Sign the Baby Over To Nicole Legally carried the day. You’re on board with Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Eric (Greg Vaughan) raising Little Baby Whatshisname, but you know Sami (Alison Sweeney) will never stand for it. Unless Allie (Lindsay Arnold) comes back and makes it legal.

Second Chance

Then again, a slightly smaller 42% of the audience is in the opposite corner. You want Allie to come back to Salem so that she can be a mother to her child. You’re pretty sure she will do a better job than Sami, who currently has Belle (Martha Madison) putting out restraining orders to make sure that the parents Allie picked for her son aren’t allowed to have him.

Self Care

Finally, 15% care more about Allie’s peace of mind – after all, the baby doesn’t know any better, he’s a baby! Allie put herself first. She did what she needed to do. Considering how close-mouthed Allie has been about her baby’s father, there may be trauma there we don’t know about.
