The last time Days of our Lives fans saw Claire, she was being hauled off to the looney bin after admitting that she tried to set Ciara on fire – oops.
But Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) was fun to have around. Well, not for Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Or Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). Or Tripp (Lucas Adams). Or Hayley (Thia Megia).
OK, so Claire wasn’t fun for the people of Salem. But did the viewers of Salem enjoy her? Do you want her back full-time? How over 5,000 of you voted:
Stay Away, Claire
Claire needs to stay in Bayview, 85% of you insist. She is bad! And scary! And evil! Or, at least Ben thinks so since he had that insane dream on Halloween. (But, wasn’t it fun?)
This isn’t like when Abigail (Kate Mansi/Marci Miller) killed Andre (Thaao Penghlis) and framed Gabi (Camila Banus). Abigail isn’t bad or scary or evil. She’s just sick in the head. But she’s all cured now and spent the last 10 months flitting around Paris with Chad (Billy Flynn) and their adorable babies.

But what Claire did was unforgivable. She doesn’t deserve understanding or therapy or a love interest. Claire needs to be locked up, the key thrown away. You don’t want her back even for a red-hot minute, much less to stay. In a nutshell, you don’t want Claire-Bear anywhere (near the good people of Salem).
Home For the Holidays
Days of our Lives is about to do a time-jump, isn’t it? A whole year into the future? (Will they be offering stock tips? Predictions on the next election?) Surely, Claire must be all better by now? She’s young. Young people bounce back quickly.
And she’s had time to think about what she did wrong, according to a different 13%. So come home, all is forgiven.
