Days of our Lives News Update: Stars Reveal Their Wild Celeb Encounters

As most actors on Days of our Lives are staying in due to California’s stay-at-home order, faves are spending more and more time online just like the rest of us. That means partaking in social media. When someone on Twitter asked people to share their experience with celebs, a few DAYS favorites were game to play along — and you will love these tales.

It all started when the Twitter user @MavenofHonor reached out to ask, “Now, more than ever, we should share our most mundane celebrity encounters. For example, in 2002 I saw Diane Keaton in the Gap.”

It’s always fun to read these types of threads and even more fun when actors themselves jump in. Paul Telfer (Xander) ended up worrying fans when he said, “William H Macy ran through a stop sign and almost crashed into me. He gave me an adorable one of these [emoji of a man shrugging] and I immediately forgave him.”

Needless to say, many of his followers were offering to play nursemaid, if he was in need of any care but the handsome actor revealed it was actually several years earlier. This seemed to be a theme as Nadia Bjorlin (Chloe) revealed a similar tale.

“Shirley MacLaine accidentally crashed into my car many years ago,” she shared. Her followers were hoping for a follow-up about her condition afterward (with one person joked about it being ‘accidentally’) but as of this writing, no explanation was given.

Luckily, Eric Martsolf’s (Brady) close encounter wasn’t a threat to his health. “David Hasselhoff and I grabbed the same pumpkin in a local patch, and William Shatner and I bartered over a modern toaster at one point. This stuff happens out here. #LA”
