Days of our Lives actress Alison Sweeney shared an inspirational message on Instagram, reminding people to appreciate themselves and the incredible things they have done.

“Today let’s celebrate all our incredible accomplishments,” she wrote next to a photo of her in a harness, being adventurous. “Big or small—it’s all in how you look at it. So, whether it’s the time you took a chance to try something new, or felt good about your work out, or perhaps it’s the time out you gave yourself a much-needed break. It’s up to you to honor your own accomplishments and appreciate YOU.”

The actress, who hosted The Biggest Loser for eight years, has noted the show was partly responsible for trying new things and these sorts of experiences.

Never to shy away from an adventure, Sweeney has been known to rock climb, zip line, and take part in numerous high-octane sports over the years.
