The Days of Our Lives recap (DOOL) for Thursday, March 15 features Gabigail attempting to figure out a way to stay on top and Chad finding shocking new evidence.
A Messy Situation Even… Messier
Stefan (Tyler Christopher) demanded to see Gabigail (Marci Miller), but Dr. Laura tried to deny him, citing the fact that his involvement with her simply made a messier situation even messier. Even so, he demanded the “doctor” put on the dark wig so he could talk with the alter.
After a complete existential meltdown, Gabigail decided to run away from Dr. Laura — she wanted to hop on the next plane, train, or automobile out of Salem. Ultimately, Stefan managed to talk her down and made her see reason.
Laid Down The Law
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) believes her grandson deserves better than Gabi (Camilla Banus) and never misses a chance to tell him! However, Eli (Lamon Archey) had enough of her constantly badmouthing the woman he loves.
Ultimately, he laid down the law. Shockingly, Julie saw the light, and vowed to be a better woman — at least where Gabi is concerned. Of course, in return, she wanted Eli to promise to never shut her out, and he begrudgingly agreed. However, his heart-to-heart with his grandma made him realize maybe he’s not ready to let his child go — uh oh!
Confusion
Valerie’s (Vanessa Williams) increasing insertion into his and Lani’s (Sal Stowers) business confused not only JJ (Casey Moss) but also Abe (James Reynolds). Even so, Lani’s quick thinking gets the doctor to stay quiet letting JJ believe he’ll soon be a father for a bit longer.
Speaking of confusion, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) didn’t understand why Abigail left before she could run the tests she’d ordered. Later, Kayla found Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) snooping through Abby’s files, and she rushed to keep Abby’s confidential medical secrets, but Jennifer attempted to reach her daughter — unsuccessfully.
Vigilante
Chad (Billy Flynn) is convinced Stefan killed Andre. His little episode of breaking and entering leads to Andre’s mobile phone. Kate (Lauren Koslow) managed to talk him down like Stefan talked “Gabby” down. However, the phone may not be the huge break he’s hoping for…
