Thia Megia makes her debut as Haley Chen, a new nurse at Salem University Hospital, on Thursday, December 20.
The actress/singer was a former contestant on America’s Got Talent and finished in the top 11 of the tenth season of American Idol. As for her acting credits, Megia has recurred on the series Pop Music High as Ava and Tails of the Blue, and appeared in the mini-series Princess Cordelia, and A.S.S. (A Scary Sleepover) as Kristen.
The role of Haley is a contract one, and sources say Megia is set to become a new love interest for Casey Moss (JJ).
