A slew of Salemites is returning to the soap, this month. The first batch of stars is resurfacing for a not-so-happy occasion: the show’s tribute to the late Peggy McCay and her character Caroline Brady.
Expected to be on hand for the memorial are Alison Sweeney (ex-Sami), Brandon Beemer (ex-Shawn) and Christie Clark (ex-Carrie), all of whom portrayed Caroline’s grandchildren. No airdates have been announced yet.

In addition, a recently released NBC promo revealed that Bryan Dattilo (ex-Lucas) and Martha Madison (ex-Belle) will also be heading back to show, this summer. With both of their characters’ children in crisis – namely, Chandler Massey’s Will and Olivia Rose Keegan’s Claire – it’s a good bet their returns will be part of those storylines.
