Who’s coming and who’s going from Days of Our Lives (DOOL)?
Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles?
Are any well-remembered stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join Days of Our Lives fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the NBC soap.
The week of December 10, 2018
Now you see him. Now you don’t. Bryan Dattilo, who returned to the canvas as Lucas Horton last week, is already being shipped out of town, again.
He leaves Salem to head back to Europe on Tuesday, December 11. But before he skips town he’ll hang his ornament on the Horton family’s Christmas tree.
However, the actor’s fans needn’t fret. Dattilo is already back at the studio taping scenes and will return on air in 2019.
American Idol alum Thia Megia is headed to the soap as Haley Chen, a new nurse as Salem University Hospital who’ll catch the eye of Casey Moss’ JJ. She’ll start airing later this month.
Harlow and Scarlett Mallory are sharing the duties playing Holly Jonas, the orphaned daughter of the late Nicole and Daniel.
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
