Former 227 and Sister, Sister star, Jackée Harry, is heading back to her daytime roots. The actress, who landed her first television role playing hooker Lily Mason on Another World in 1983, has been cast as a new DAYS character named Paulina. Word is the character will have a daughter.
Two DiMeras will be returning to Salem for the holidays. Thaao Penghlis pops back into town as Tony and Leann Hunley as his devoted wife, Anna, on Friday, December 18.

Will Utay makes another appearance as Dr. Wilhelm Rolf. He’ll air on Friday, December 18 in scenes with Billy Flynn’s Chad.
Days of our Lives History
DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) evil schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
Bringing the Drama
It is one of four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). DAYS airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
