The week of May 3, 2021
Big news for “Cin” fans. While actress Victoria Konefal exited the soap last week as Ciara Brady, breaking the hearts of Ciara and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) devotees who were hoping for a reconciliation between the Salem supercouple, she won’t be off the canvas for very long.
Head writer Ron Carlivati revealed that the actress will return “sooner than you know,” and, in fact, confirmed that Konefal will be back “this summer.”
There’s no word, however, if Cameron Johnson, who departed with Ciara as Theo Carver, will be accompanying her back to town.
Michael Lowry is back as Dr. Snyder on Thursday, May 6. He’ll share scenes with Lucas Adams’ Tripp.
Please note that air dates may be subject to change.
DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) crazy schemes to Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) one-liners to the epic love story of John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall), DAYS knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Fans love their daytime soap operas and the excitement in Salem is non-stop.
It is one of four soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). DAYS airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for air times.
