Abigail sure has a lot of problems on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), but a shortage of handsome men who want to rescue her isn’t one of them!
Abigail (Marci Miller) has loved Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) for years, and he’s been there for her through thick (and let’s face it — her issues have been thicker than most) and thin. They’ve survived more than couples twice their age and yet through it all, their love has only strengthened.
They were beyond solid when Chad’s half-brother Stefan (Tyler Christopher) arrived on the scene. But one look at Chad’s wife was all it took and Stefan was smitten. He knew he didn’t have a chance in hell of breaking them apart — but then the unthinkable happened — Abigail’s personality broke apart instead, giving him an opening.
As the first person to realize her fractured state, Stefan stepped up and genuinely cared for Abigail — but especially her alternate personality, Gabigail. It wasn’t long before he learned from Gabigail that she was the result of Abby being unable to deal with the fact that she killed Andre (Thaao Penghlis).
Ever since, Stefan has tried his best to protect her. Granted he has his own selfish reasons — he’s fallen for Gabigail and wants to keep her for himself.
But the clock is ticking and it’s obvious things are going to come to a head shortly, especially since Abby is expected to testify at Gabi’s (Camila Banus) trial.
What if something happens on the stand that blows everything wide open? What Abby’s mulitple personalities come out but she takes off and no one can find her? As the only one with experience talking to her alters, Chad might have to suck it up and turn to his half-brother to help him find his wife. Would he?
Soap Hub thinks Chad would do anything to help save Abby, even making a deal with the devil. What if these two have to face insurmountable odds and learn to work together to find her?
Could their adventure actually make them grow to appreciate the other in a whole new way? It could be interesting to see how the rest of Salem deals with these two after they learn to deal with each other.
