While Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans get to see Abigail and her personalities, it’s not an easy feat for the show to pull off, but Marci Miller reveals how they do it!
It’s not always necessary to make this happen since we usually only see one personality out at a time but on yesterday’s show, Abby’s alters began to do battle against each other — while onscreen at the same time!
It was some crazy storytelling, with the alters fighting it out in some locked room — in her mind.
In the story, Gabigail battled Dr. Laura for control because she’s fallen for Stefan (Tyler Christopher), and thinks she deserves the chance to be a real person–and be with a man who knows exactly who she is — and still wants to be with her.
Of course Dr. Laura is complete against this idea and did everything she could to maintain her own control.
When Miller said she got the script, she realized DAYS was going to have to pull off some magic and luckily for her, the show knew exactly what to do.
In order to pull it off, the show needed an actress who could stand in for the other personality and they found a great one.
Marci Miller decided to give her body double a moment in the spotlight by sharing a snap of the two of them on Instagram.
Her name is Marquel Skinner, and she’s a dead ringer for Miller, which you can see in Miller’s post below. The actress revealed that a lot of work went into making them match — even down to having her doppleganger’s nails broken in the same places!
