JJ may be in the doghouse with his sister on Days of Our Lives, but Casey Moss has plenty to celebrate!
Moss was born on November 16, 1993 in Hanford, California, which means that he’s turning 25 years old today!
The handsome actor was raised primarily in Chandler, Arizona. At the age of 16, he moved to Los Angeles with his dad to pursue music, having played guitar since he was 12 years old.
In addition to playing the guitar, the talented young man also sings and plays the drums. It was actually his passion for music that led to acting. The chance to create characters has become his new focus and a constant thrill.
He’s done an incredible job ever since he scored the role of JJ on DAYS back in 2013. This year he was nominated for Daytime Emmy in the Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series, which was hardly a surprise after the stellar work he did with JJ’s breakdown after shooting his friend Theo in the back.
The DAYS role gave Moss something else to treasure in his life — his former co-star True O’Brien, who played Paige, since the two have been seeing each other for quite some time.
In 2015, he has also appeared in 13 episodes of the show Youthful Daze as Tyler and also appeared in the film American Satan. He also finished shooting the film The Last Champion, which should be out in 2019.
Off the set, Moss continues to nurture his love for music by playing as much as possible.
