She’s Awake!
While Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) thinks Chloe’s coma will last indefinitely, he takes the chance to romance Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and the pair grow closer than ever. He even has marriage on the mind, but behold–Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) wakes up by the end of the week and she’s determined to find Nicole and tell her the truth before Deimos does.

She doesn’t want to lose her friendship, and knows if she gets the baby news from Deimos, that’s just what will happen. Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf) is surprised when Deimos and Nicole deliver some news of their own.

Life On the Run In Salem…and Beyond
At the jail, Hattie (Deidre Hall) tries to help Hope (Kristian Alfonso), but she insists on taking matters into her own hands and escapes. She then has to fight for her life and is rescued by a familiar someone.

Rafe is still trying to save Hope’s hide and set her free legally and lands in Prague with Steve, Marlena, and Paul. They’re on the search for Stefano, but don’t realize they’re seeking a lookalike. Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) also pops up in Prague to find and kill Stefano.

Little does she know, Hope took care of that for her a year ago. Soon, it becomes a party when Carrie (Christie Clarke) and Austin (Austin Peck) also show up.

Triangles, Quadrangles…
Chad (Billy Flynn) is still having trouble letting go of what Abigail (Marci Miller) did, but he’s still giving it the old college try, so they attempt a date night. By the end of the week, Chad sees an interesting moment between Abby and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso), and then decides to text Gabi (Camila Banus).

Meanwhile, Jennifer officially becomes the Horton matriarch (oh my!) when she tells Thomas family stories.

Odds and Ends
In other Salem news, Joey (James Lastovic) tries to comfort Jade (Paige Searcy), and Gabi tries keeping what she knows about the family business from JJ (Casey Moss).
