The Days of Our Lives recap for Tuesday, September 3, 2019, features Stefan getting a shock, Gabi biting back, more lies coming out, and Julie fighting for her life.
It’s Me, Mama!
Vivian (Robin Strasser) saw no reason to stay hidden. She picked up her phone and called her son. Stefan (Brandon Barash) was shocked to hear his mom’s voice. He was right beside her when she died. Well, yes, Vivian will tell him. She WAS dead but thanks to Rolf she’s not anymore.
Gabi (Camila Banus) was all about drinking the stress away after her battle with Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She may never put the bottle down again after Stefan told her his news. She and Viv were enemies then and they’ll surely be enemies now. Why can’t she just stay dead?
The Schemes Begin
The only upside is they can use this intel to take down Kate (Lauren Koslow). Their new roommate is a little too big for her britches and needs knocked down a peg. Who better than her arch-rival?
The Hunt For Nicole Heated Up
Speaking of being back from the dead, Eric (Greg Vaughan) got in the goon’s face and demanded to know where Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) stashed Nicole (Arianne Zucker). At first, the bodyguard was tight-lipped and even pulled a gun on Eric to stop him from searching.

Kayla Saved Julie (For Now)
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) successfully brought Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) back from the brink of death. However, things were still looking grim. Julie was only awake for a few minutes but used her time wisely. She made it clear someone left her to die. It’s too bad she didn’t get a chance to name names.
Drama and Tragedy
Meanwhile, the family began to get word of Julie’s condition. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Doug (Bill Hayes) were together at the pub reading Ted’s letter. It seemed he lied more than Hope even knew. Remember that child he said died so he could bond with Hope? Yeah, that was a big, old whopper.
They didn’t have too much time to dwell, however. Once they got the call about Julie they made a mad dash for the hospital. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
