Days of Our Lives Recap: Hattie Traps John Into Making It Legal!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, September 28 features Hattie proving that she’s not as dumb as everyone thinks… but it may all be for naught anyway!

Between A Rock And A Hard Place
John (Drake Hogestyn) worried he’s making a huge mistake as far as Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Hattie are concerned. He confided in a shocked Roman (Josh Taylor), who told him to marry her since it won’t be legal.

Meanwhile, Hattie was primping when Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) arrived and pointed a gun at her. Hattie told her the whole story but Kristen didn’t believe her at first. She told Hattie to keep her mouth shut. When John came, Hattie made him sign her new marriage license.

Wedding Bell Blues
Abe (James Reynolds) agreed to help with the wedding but asked Belle (Martha Madison) if the timing was right, considering Kristen (Eileen Davidson) is still out there. They went to Marlena’s hospital room and Hattie continued to act weird.

John tried to stall, but Hattie kept cutting him off. Sami interrupted and Hattie screamed for her to not shoot. Sami insisted she needed to find Kristen and left again. Kristen found Marlena, who woke up from her coma!

Earlier, Stefan (Tyler Christopher) found Sami (Alison Sweeney) instead of Kristen in the secret room. She quickly ran out when she realized Kristen was loose and could hurt her mom.

The Inevitable
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) wasn’t happy that Rafe (Galen Gering) was keeping something from her. She insisted she didn’t plant the evidence, and he believed her. He was afraid someone may have set her up and just wants to get to the truth.

Deep Betrayal
Ciara (Victoria Konefal) packed up Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) things to get rid of them. Tripp (Lucas Adams) could see she wasn’t fine after she burned their meal. He tried to tell her she’s safe.
