Days of Our Lives Recap (DOOL): Marlena and John Are Rescued!

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, September 11 features John and Marlena’s long nightmare finally coming to and end Hattie’s just begins.

To The Rescue
It seemed like it they were about to undergo electro convulsive therapy, but just in the nick of time for Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John, Roman (Josh Taylor) and Paul (Christopher Sean) figured out where they were and stopped the madness.

John (Drake Hogestyn) quickly let them know that Andre (Thaao Penghlis) was also trapped there because of Hattie, but Roman was all over that and already had it handled. John lavished praise on Paul, who was thrilled to see his father doing so well, if not a little drugged up.

Meanwhile, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) confronted Hattie, who tried insisting she was Marlena, but Hope shut her right down. Finally dealing with reality, Hattie had a mini breakdown, horrified a bit by what she’d done. She begged Hope to let her go, but she was arrested.

Knock, Knock
Sheila (T-Boz), Hope and Hattie’s former jailhouse nemesis, arrived to blow the whistle on Bonnie (Judi Evans). While Bonnie tried to bid higher than Adrienne, Victor (John Aniston) was telling Justin (Wally Kurth) about “Adrienne’s” very strange behavior.

Bonnie was finally able to stop Sheila with a promise of money and a place to stay. Unfortunately, she was going to have to be the Kiriakis maid in order to make that happen.

Word Gets Out
Roman let Kate know about what went down with Andre and Hattie, shocking her, Chad (Billy Flynn), and Abigail (Marci Miller). Too bad she found out off camera. It probably would have been a fun scene. Bad DAYS!
