Days of Our Lives Recap: Abby Has An Ace Up Her Sleeve!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Friday, October 26 features Chad thrown for a loop when he learns that Abby has found a way around him having her committed!

Justin (Wally Kurth) advised Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Chad (Billy Flynn) about the commitment process and Chad told him to move forward.

JJ (Casey Moss) and Gabi (Camila Banus) looked for Abigail at the DiMera mansion and JJ overheard Gabi on the phone with Kate telling her Abby may be committed by the end of the day. Just then Abby (Marci Miller) and Stefan (Tyler Christopher) walked in.

JJ called Jennifer to let her know Abby’s safe. They headed right over and JJ and Gabi left them alone. Abby told them she overheard he wants her committed. When Chad told her that’s what he’s going to do, she told him nope — Stefan’s her husband now.

JJ apologized to Gabi for doubting her. Gabi forgave him and played the victim. They hugged and shared a moment.

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) comforted Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) but she also tried to prepare him for the worst. Later, she got a shock when her daughter Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), who also happens to be Rex’s fiancée, returned home.

Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) saw Bonnie (Judi Evans) drunk and told her she wasn’t going anywhere near the baby. Bonnie slipped and said Lucas couldn’t finish the job with her and Chloe asked how she got pregnant then. Bonnie played it off just as Lucas arrived.

Mimi (Farah Fath) told Rex (Kyle Lowder) the baby is her sister and he wanted to hold her. She saw how sweet they were together but she still remained silent.

He admitted his fiancée doesn’t know what happened between them. When Mimi left, Rex found a baby sock and kept it.

Mimi happened upon her mom fighting with Lucas and had to give the baby back to him and Chloe. Alone with the baby, Chloe realized that Mimi is the baby’s mom.
