A Days of Our Lives Miracle? Will Nicole Ever Learn Who Holly Really Is?

Nicole’s attachment to the baby she delivered and named Holly is almost like a mother-daughter bond on Days of Our Lives. And, of course, that’s because it is. Too bad Nicole doesn’t know that yet.

Poor Nicole (Arianne Zucker) thinks her feelings for Holly come from having been the one to help bring the little girl into the world, but Brady (Eric Martsolf) knows more.

However, with Chloe in a coma (we guess this is how Nadia Bjorlin finishes out her maternity leave), Brady has a hard time getting to the truth and doesn’t want to tell Nicole she’s a mom without solid proof.

That’s how Nancy (Patrika Darbo) enters the picture, according to the January 2 issue of Soap Opera Digest. Brady knows Chloe had to tell her mother what was going on, but Nancy does her best to keep mum, while Nicole becomes more attached to a baby without knowing she’s a mum.

With Eric (Greg Vaughan) due back in town in January, Brady obsessed with a baby who he knows in his heart is Daniel’s, and Nicole caring for a baby she thinks is Chloe’s, we wonder if Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will end up feeling left out in the cold.

It feels like last New Year’s Eve all over again, except this time Daniel’s life lives on rather than him losing his life in that three-car pileup with a drunk Eric behind the wheel.
