With Caroline away, number one son Roman has been tending bar and running Brady Pub on Days of Our Lives (DOOL).
It’s a major change of pace from his normal day job. Namely, being a cop at the Salem PD. While the move does give Roman (Josh Taylor) more air time – after all, people stop into the pub, daily – it is a bit surprising.

Being A Top Cop
Some 44% of DAYS fans believe Roman belongs in the cop shop with Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) and not behind the bar.
He’s been a devoted member of the police force since the ’80s and has always been one of Salem’s finest. It’s ridiculous that he’s suddenly serving up beer and chowder.

Being in A Loving Relationship
Meanwhile, 42% of you really don’t care about Roman’s employment at all. What you think is best for him is to have him find a new, loving relationship.
It’s been years since Roman has been seriously involved with a woman. You were hoping his flirtation with Hattie (Deidre Hall) might have amounted to something, but, sadly, it never did.
Being A Bartender
The remaining 15% of you are on board with Roman being the pub bartender. He’s the perfect person to run things while Caroline (Peggy McCay) is away.
Plus, it gives the character something to do. He can listen to everyone’s problems and dole out advice while he’s serving up beers.
