Deimos is a man on the edge on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), and he is on the verge of losing it all.
For a while, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) was living the high life. Victor put him in charge of Titan Enterprises and he was running the Kiriakis empire. Nicole fell in love with him and accepted his marriage proposal.
But Deimos’s evil ways and illegal maneuverings got the best of him and alienated everyone around him. Now he’s looking at losing his position at the family business, and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) has told him she’s finished with him. His whole world is crumbling. Soap Hub asked Days of Our Lives fans if you feel sorry for the guy. Here’s what you had to say.
No, He’s Pure Evil
Men like Deimos doesn’t deserve any pity. That’s why 73% of you don’t feel the least bit sorry for him. The guy is pure evil, and he’s proven it time and time again.
He took Chad (Billy Flynn) and Gabi hostage and tossed them into a meat locker, and followed that up by kidnapping Abigail and Gabi, injecting them with poison, and forcing Chad to decide which one got the antidote. You absolutely loathe the guy and can’t wait for him to leave Salem.
Sometimes, But Then He Strikes Again

On occasion, Deimos shows a glimpse of goodness, like when he was preparing the perfect nursery for baby Holly. It’s times like that that 24% of you feel sorry for him. However, those good moments never last very long.
Ultimately, Deimos ends up pulling something awful to counteract them, like ordering someone’s beating, poisoning or kidnapping. It’s like the guy can’t help himself.
Yes, It Stems from His Past
Some 3% of you feel sorry for Deimos no matter what he does. He never got a fair shake in life. He was framed for murder (by his own brother!), sent to prison as a young man, and spent half of his life behind bars.
Anyone would emerge from that experience bitter, angry, and evil. Everything Deimos does is a result of what Victor (John Aniston) did to him. It forever changed the course of his life and the man he ultimately became.
