Abigail is not the first woman to have mental issues on Days Of Our Lives (DOOL).
There’s her Grandma Laura, for a genetic component. She’s not even the first woman in Salem to have multiple personalities. There was Kim (Patricia Pease) for the monkey-see/monkey-do element.
Are fans warming up to this tale of Gabigail and her glasses-wearing keeper? Almost 4,000 cast their votes:
None Of Us Are Feeling It
As many as 56% of your personalities are unhappy to report that nope, never, nada. You didn’t like this story when it started, you didn’t like it as it unfolded, and you don’t like it now.
You don’t appreciate Abigail’s (Marci Miller) body sleeping with Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and turning her back on hubby Chad (Billy Miller).
You aren’t happy to see her framing the real Gabi (Camilla Banus) for Andre’s (Thaao Penghlis) murder, and, most of all, you are tired of the black and white scenes in Abigail’s head?
How does it work? Where is this door? How does she escape? And how does one personality fool the other by claiming to be thirsty? What?
At Long Last Love
For 42% of the audience, things are finally getting interesting. You actually believe that Gabigail loves Stefan and he loves her – some of you are even rooting for them to be together. (Chad, who?)
Now that Gabigial is pretending to be Abigail, with Dr. Laura trying to keep both under control, it’s stopped being the endless wig-on/wig-off show.
The write-in votes ranged from the story is fine but end it already to the story is long and boring, so end it already.
No one asked for it to keep going, even if they are kind of enjoying it. Even if Gabigail has her entertainment value, Abby is the character you really want to see front and center on your screen.
