Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: A Dangerous Alliance!

The Days of Our Lives recap (DOOL)  for Tuesday, May 15 has Mateo realizing that diamonds are forever… and Theresa is a problem he can trade for them.

Blast From The Past
JJ (Casey Moss) saw Eve’s (Kassie DePaiva) ring and congratulated her. He told her about seeing Theresa at the church before she left, talking about “doing the right thing” and how that decision tortured her.

He told Eve it seemed like Theresa didn’t want to leave. Eve asked if he was trying to make her feel bad about Brady. He apologized for upsetting her and the two made peace, wishing each other well.

Ah, Romance
John (Drake Hogestyn) learned about Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eve’s engagement. He worried it was too soon but came around. He told him his mother would be very proud of him standing up to Victor but he still wanted to know if Eve is really the one.

He asked what he’d do if Theresa changed her mind and returned. Brady wouldn’t entertain the possibility. When Eve returned, John welcomed her to the family. Later, he suggested to Marlena they have a wedding too.

Selling Her Soul
Theresa (Jen Lilley) was double-crossed by Xander (Paul Telfer). When Mateo was about to arrange to have her killed, Xander suggested he give her to him instead.

Theresa begged Mateo not to do it, but he did. Mateo warned if she ever sends anyone after him, he’ll kill Brady and Tate.

Xander was impressed she seemed to care about someone else. Theresa promised to get him back in Victor’s good graces. Xander agreed to help but Theresa wanted to rescue Chloe too. Xander said no so she left an apologetic note.

Marlena (Deidre Hall) told Steve (Stephen Nichols), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), and Roman (Josh Taylor) about why…continue reading on the next page —>

Marlena (Deidre Hall) told Steve (Stephen Nichols), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), and Roman (Josh Taylor) about why Kate shot Vivian.

Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) arrived and confided how helpless she feels to Marlena and Kayla, while Steve and Eric (Greg Vaughan) spoke of supporting Jennifer.

Steve asked Roman to take over for him at Black Patch. He agreed to think about it.
