Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Sonny Accused Brady of Murder!

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for January 24 features Sonny proving that blood isn’t thicker than water as he calls the cops on Brady!

For The Family
Sonny (Freddie Smith) confronted Brady (Eric Martsolf) about Andre’s (Thaao Penghlis) murder, which he denied. Eve (Kassie DePaiva) backed him up, irritating Sonny who overheard Brady admit it (though he was joking to Eve).

Brady faux confessed and when Sonny called the police, Brady stopped him and called him weak. Eve backed Brady up and said at least she didn’t call the police. Brady then attacked Sonny for hurting Paul. Later, Eve told Brady she trusts that what they have is real. Oy.

Headed For Trouble
Roman (Josh Taylor) asked Anna (Leann Hunley) how the urn with Tony’s ashes arrived at the murder scene. When Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) interrupted them, Roman gave Anna an alibi, which worried Hope. Roman and Anna decided to find out who sent the note to try to get her to kill Andre.

Health Issues
Steve’s (Stephen Nichols) dizzy spells and vision issues were revealed to be John’s (Drake Hogestyn) doing as he poisoned him again. A worried Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) told Steve to see a doctor. Marlena (Deidre Hall) arrived and told them about Andre, and that Anna’s being questioned.

Marlena saw that something was bothering John but he brushed off her concern. She warned him about Will’s attraction to Paul. When Steve collapsed in front of them, it was obvious everyone was worried though John looked like he felt guilty.

Bonding Time
Will (Chandler Massey) moved into Martin House and Paul (Christopher Sean) was upset because he fears Sonny will assume he did it to get close to Paul. Will admitted it was true but was joking with Paul. He liked the location and price.

Now that Sonny is free, Will asked if Paul will try to reconcile with him but Paul said Sonny chose Will, not him. The two then bonded over music, and Will was grateful to feel he has a real friend now in Paul.
