The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Monday, April 23 features Chad losing his mind when he finds “Abigail” in bed with his half-brother!!
Rage Takes Over
Chad (Billy Flynn) was shocked to find ‘Abigail’ (Marci Miller) in bed with Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and further horrified when Gabigail took delight in letting him know she wanted to be with Stefan.
Chad threatened to kill Stefan and told “Abby” to put her clothes on. Gabigail got in Chad’s face and told him to stop calling her Abby, confusing him.
Chad yelled at Stefan to fix her. When Stefan tried to defend himself, Chad beat him up as Gabigail screamed for him to stop. Stefan struggled to tell her to run and she finally did. Then, Stefan was knocked out cold.
Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) realized the mystery woman is Abigail. Hope warned it’s speculation — they need more proof.
Jail House Rock
Gabi (Camila Banus) found an ally in prison named Diane when an old foe tried to pick a fight. Gabi wondered why though. Diane revealed she hates Trask too–and that her boyfriend is Lou Raines — the bad cop. Gabi quickly realized she was in more trouble than she realized and ended up in a bloody heap.
Her Two Dads
Will (Chandler Massey) went to see Adrienne (Judi Evans) but she was out and Ari was asleep but Sonny (Freddie Smith) welcomed him in.
Sonny warned him to not underestimate Clyde. Sonny and Will empathized about each other’s situation and agreed to be friends. When Ari said she had a nightmare, they helped her together.
Leo (Greg Rikaart) couldn’t get a hold of Vivian and headed over to Sonny’s, supposedly to bring him stuff for a morning meeting. He saw Will leave and assumed he couldn’t wait to tell him about Leo and Vivian’s connection, shocking Sonny. He told her Vivian approached him but that he blew her off.
Close Quarters
Vivian (Lousie Sorel) told Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) that Abigail killed Andre but Kate wouldn’t believe it.
Marlena said she may be telling the truth. Kate worried about how the truth will affect Chad and asked Marlena if she could help her. Kate said her heart breaks for Abigail but she’s happy for Gabi.
