Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Eve’s Heartbroken After Brady Breakup

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for March 13 features a devastated Eve as Brady realizes too late he truly loves her.

Another Wedding Bites The Dust
Brady (Eric Martsolf) stopped Eve (Kassie DePaiva) from trying to leave by kissing her. She pulled away, angry, and then slapped him when he said he loved her. Brady was further upset when she threw the keys at him and walked out.

Growing Feelings
Ciara (Victoria Konefal) asked Tripp (Lucas Adams) to take a picture of her, fully planning to rain on Claire’s parade. She didn’t like the pictures but Tripp tried to make her feel better and sparks flew – causing the two to kiss. They both enjoyed it but called it a night.

Shocking Development
Eric (Greg Vaughan) called his evening with Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) short to take pictures of Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) for the contest. Claire asked if Sami’s going to kill her for blabbing. Eric asked Claire about her motives for spilling and later Claire went to apologize to Ciara, who told her she’s entering the contest too.

An upset Eve arrived at the Pub and Jennifer offered to listen.

She actually opened up to her and told her everything. Jennifer told her she was genuinely sorry Brady played with her heart. Jennifer claimed Brady’s a horrible liar and she wondered if maybe he outsmarted himself with the plan. Eve refused to believe it and cried in her drink.

Brady started to take a drink and Maggie tried to stop him. He admitted he wasn’t drinking because he lost a job but because he loves Eve. Maggie asked if it could be fixed as Victor berated Eve – causing Brady to turn on Victor.

Maggie told Brady to fight for her if he really loves her. But Brady was haunted by Eve’s words about not marrying him if he was the last man on earth.

We Are Family
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) told Steve (Stephen Nichols) she regretted going after John. Adrienne (Judi Evans) arrived after visiting Alexander and the two siblings reunited. Adrienne tried to help Steve deal with asking for help.

Adrienne told him it means a lot to her to be there for him after he was there during her cancer ordeal. But she implored him to stop the Bonnie jokes. As they spoke, Justin (Wally Kurth) tried to help Kayla. She asked him to help Steve see Joey out of his orange jumpsuit before he loses his sight.

The four enjoyed dinner and Justin caught them up on Eve and Brady, as well as Gabi’s bail being revoked. Despite a mishap with his silverware, Steve hung in there as he tried to have a normal evening.
