Days of Our Lives Recap (DOOL): Ciara Chooses To Stay With Ben!

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Thursday, June 21 features Ciara letting her mother know she’s okay but that she has no intention of coming home.

Phone A Mom
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) heard from Ciara (Victoria Konefal) but was distraught that she wouldn’t tell her where she was. Hope asked if she was being held hostage but Ciara said no, and that a man saved her life.

She told her she loved her and hung up, which caused Hope to cry. Ciara and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) did some more talking and continued to bond.

Play Ball
Chad (Billy Flynn) pitched himself to Victor (John Aniston) as the best candidate to run Titan. Victor balked and mentioned he offered a settlement to Leo but word came that his lawyer turned it down.

Sonny (Freddie Smith) talked up Chad, but when Chad said he’d tell Vic all of DiMera’s secrets, the older man became intrigued.

Chad intends to take Stefan down, and once that happens, he’ll hand the reins back to Sonny.

Bad Spy
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) searched Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) room for Stefan but Kate caught her. Kayla talked her way out of it and left, but then Ted (Giles Marina) arrived, much to Kate’s chagrin.

When Ted tried to kiss her, Kate slapped him. He still promised to help her get Titan. Later, Chad arrived to tell her he’s the new CEO.

Protective Uncle
Steve (Stephen Nichols) bumped into Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and blasted him for what he did to Abigail (Marci Miller). Stefan let Steve know he should swallow his pride to be able to see his again as Kayla arrived and backed up what Steve said.

Once alone, Kayla almost opened up but Justin interrupted and updated them on Leo’s lawyer. Ted walked by and Kayla finally had her answer to who the mystery man was with Kate. Kayla stepped away to call Stefan and update him.
