Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Adrienne’s World Crumbles

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Thursday, September 14 has Adrienne’s world falling apart after she learns her grand plan for freedom was foiled by Bonnie.

Losing Hope
Adrienne (Judi Evans) thought her nightmare was finally over, thanks to the note she gave Sheila (T-Boz) to give Justin (Wally Kurth). But, Sheila confessed to Adrienne that she couldn’t help her, even if she paid her more money.

Adrienne broke down when she heard that Bonnie still has two more years on her sentence. She begged her to give the card to Justin – but when Sheila walked away, she attacked her — and got thrown in solitary.

On the Case
Marlena told Eric and discussed that she wants to know who Hattie’s accomplice is. Eric (Greg Vaughan) recounted the story of finding Hattie in Adrienne’s hotel room and that got Marlena’s wheels spinning. She also tried to get him to talk about Nicole. It turns out Nicole tried calling him but he ignored the call.

Brady pushed Nicole to see Eric in person, and when she left, Brady started eyeing the bar. Luckily, Marlena (Deidre Hall) distracted him, looking for Adrienne. Will doing the right thing push him over the edge and off the wagon — again?! Meanwhile, Nicole told Eric she’d like to return, taking Eric by surprise.

Bonnie tried to get Hattie to keep her mouth shut but Hattie was scared about her future. She offered her the best lawyer, though Hattie thought she had the best until Bonnie screwed it up. As Bonnie continued begging, Justin walked in and wanted answers.

Second Thoughts
Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) had a feeling that Theo (Kyler Pettis) might be having second thoughts, and sure enough, Tripp (Lucas Adams) saying he wanted to date her tipped Theo’s jealousy over the edge. Both came clean about lies they’ve told and decided to give love another try.
