The Days of Our Lives recap (DOOL) for Friday, May 18 features Stefan trying to explain to Abby what happened with him and Gabigail, but Abby was having none of it.
Deep Betrayal
Abigail (Marci Miller) angrily confronted Stefan (Tyler Christopher) about raping her and slapped him.
He calmly tried to explain they were in love, but Abby said he was selfish and cruel.
He explained it was Gabby’s idea. Abigail got flashes of memory and realized he was right but was furious to remember they were trying to get rid of her for good. She accused him of rape as Chad arrived on the scene.
Abby promised she would see him in prison for what he did to her, but Stefan warned if she pursued it, Chad was going to prison, too.
Earlier, Chad (Billy Flynn) saw Gabi (Camila Banus), who admitted she’s not sure she can ever forgive Abby. Chad wasn’t so sure he could either. He has to keep reminding himself it wasn’t her.
Gabi told Chad that Abby now knows about having slept with Stefan, so Chad took off, which annoyed Gabi. Later, she swore vengeance on Stefan.
Prodigal Returns
Xander (Paul Telfer) delivered Theresa (Jen Lilley) to Victor (John Aniston), and it appeared that Victor was accepting of the deal Theresa made with Xander. She reunited with Tate, who said he remembered her.
Victor tried to warn Theresa about Eve (Kassie DePaiva), whom Brady (Eric Martsolf) just asked to move back in. She told him she could handle it now that she has Tate back.
Eve ran into Xander, who told her his return isn’t the one she should worry about. Meanwhile, Brady returned to the mansion…continue reading on the next page —>

New Hope
John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall), told Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve (Stephen Nichols) that he was working with Visionary Bionics to get Steve his sight back.
He also asked Steve to be his best man, while Marlena asked Kayla to be her matron of honor.
They decided to marry right in Horton Square. Kayla researched the lab and learned DiMera Enterprises bought it.
