Sometimes actors have to take odd gigs before they make it on a show like Days of Our Lives, but which actor was a driver for Coca-Cola?
It’s hard to believe that any of these actors had to find a job before they scored the roles that brought them to Salem since they started when they were very young, but actually, they did.
Getting started in the entertainment business can be quite difficult and often actors try for jobs with a flexible schedule so they can get out there an audition. So which actor was it? Read on to find out.
Nadia Bjorlin
Bjorlin was the first of the group to join the show when she brought Chloe to Salem back in 1999. Prior to her being cast on DAYS, she was a part of the opera world. In fact, it was DAYS putting out a casting call for an actress with an opera background that brought her to acting. She was never a driver.
Kyle Lowder
Lowder first joined DAYS back in 2000 and left in 2008 but 10 years later, he’s returning to the show where he got his start. Shortly after relocating from New York, he was immediately hired for modeling campaigns for huge brands like Abercrombie and Fitch and Speedo — but he was never a driver for Coca-Cola.
Martha Madison
Madison, who has played Belle off and on since 2004, is a restaurateur by trade — but she was never a driver for Coca-Cola. Instead, she was the former co-owner of Luna Park restaurants in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Henry’s Hat in Studio City, and Pata Salada in Hollywood.
Brandon Beemer
Before Beemer, who has played Shawn Douglas off and on since 2006, decided to try his hand at a modeling career after graduating from Willamette High School in Eugene, Oregon, he worked as a driver at the local Coca-Cola bottling plant.
