Guess Which DAYS Actor Was One of People’s 50 Most Beautiful?

While Galen Gering (Rafe) was studying film and creative writing, he began modeling. It took him across Europe, and he has appeared in over 50 national commercials. He also used to play Pro-Am beach volleyball. In 1999, he landed his first soap opera role as Luis on Passions. And, in the year 2000, People Magazine picked him as one of its “50 Most Beautiful People.”

Next, We Have…
Deidre Hall (Marlena) broke new ground when she became the first performer to appear in both daytime and primetime when she was doing Days of our Lives and Our House. She has starred in numerous television movies, including one about her own life called Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story. She has graced the cover of McCall’s, as well as Women’s Own, TV Guide, Woman’s World, and People, just to name a few.

Finally, We Have…
Kristian Alfonso (Hope) started out as a dancer and ice skater but a tragic injury ended those endeavors. It wasn’t long before Wihelmena, the famed modeling agency, came calling on the young beauty. By age 15, she had graced the covers of 30 international magazines, including Vogue and Bazaar. The casting director of Days of our Lives saw one of the covers and the rest, as they say, is history.
