What DAYS’ Nicole Walker DiMera Should Ask of Eric Brady

Nicole Walker DiMera took one look at Eric’s newly adopted son on Days of our Lives, and she knew this was her missing baby. Eric talked her out of it. EJ talked her out of it. And, Nicole pretended to believe them both. But, we know she doesn’t. This is what both men owe the woman they both love and how Nicole needs to play this now.

Nicole Walker DiMera: Her Move

EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) likes to think he’s smarter than the average bear. So, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) needs to appeal to his intelligence. She needs to lay out the facts and play it logically like. Nicole should ask EJ what the odds are that two premature baby boys would have been born on the same day in Salem. Then, the coincidence that Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) would end up with one of them…while Nicole and EJ’s son was cremated before EJ ever set eyes on the tot.

If there is one thing EJ can do, it’s produce a court order which forces Eric and Sloan to submit their child for DNA testing. He’s the DA! As an added bonus, it would upset Eric. EJ always enjoys that.

For Old Times Sake

Nicole ought to take a different tack with Eric. He claims he would do anything to help her through this awful time. His “Hey, it’s God’s will” most certainly didn’t get the job done. Why not put Nicole’s mind at ease by submitting to the DNA test? If he ever loved Nicole — and he did, didn’t he? Sure, he totes doesn’t love her now, but he did before, right? So why not do this for her?

Heck, he’d even be doing this for Sloan. Surely, she doesn’t want any suspicions around her bundle of joy. She should be happy to get the proof that will set Nicole’s mind at ease, right?

Ease The Mind

One little test should be all it takes to clear up this mess. If done right — and not tampered with in any way, Nicole will have her baby back. Of course, if it’s tampered with, at least the men would have a backup to gaslight Nicole into believing the big fat lie. Either way, this will be a win…for someone.
