No one is saying it’s been an easy past couple of years for Ciara on Days of Our Lives. First, there was that rapid growth spurt. That could leave anyone unsettled. Then there was Bo’s death, the rape by Chase, and the new face.
No wonder she spent many weeks believing a serial killer was her savior and even continued defending him after their return to Salem.
But when Hope (Kristian Alfonso) produced evidence that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) really did set the fire that almost killed Ciara (Victoria Konefal), she finally turned on him once and for all, and went running straight into Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) arms.
But was she wrong to go in this direction? Almost 3,000 fans aren’t so sure.
Was she ever, a love-struck 61% of the audience sighs. Ben was Ciara’s knight in shining armor! He rescued her, he took care of her, he’s the perfect guy for her!
Just like good-girl Hope used her love to reform bad boy Bo, so can Ciara heal Ben. Tripp doesn’t need her the way Ben does. And there is nothing more romantic than a wounded guy with a tragic past who can only be healed by you and you alone.

Bad and Badder
Sure, Tripp was a bad boy when he first came to Salem. There was his general anger over his mother’s murder and his blaming Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) to the point where he set her up for murder. But, he wasn’t, you know, serial killer bad.
And he’s gotten over it, too. Now he’s nothing if not the sweet, supportive boyfriend who wouldn’t dream of rushing Ciara into sex or even flashing an evil grin. He’s a total dreamboat now and 39% of you totally support Ciara’s decision.
