Nadia Bjorlin’s post-maternity leave scenes begin airing next week on Days of Our Lives, and we finally learn who fathered that baby of hers.

Some fans suspected Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) was the daddy after all, and maybe Nicole switched the first test results instead of Kate.

However, it looks like there’s still another contender out there. Deimos first tracks down Chloe’s mom, Nancy (Patrika Darbo), and then Chloe makes her return so Deimos can demand yet another paternity test.

Bjorlin admitted in the November 7 issue of Soap Opera Digest that she had no idea who the baby daddy was when she first left the set last April to give birth to her son in May. However, she finally learned what was going on when she returned and promises it’s a doozy.

The actress remained coy on who the dad is, telling Digest, “I was very shocked. I couldn’t have guessed it in a million years. That’s all I can say.”

As DAYS fans recall, Chloe was sure Deimos was the dad and went as far as telling Nicole and Philip such. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) even planned to pretend to be the father and begged mom Kate (Lauren Koslow) to switch the DNA results. He was quite shocked when Kate (after being “detained” by Clyde) admitted she didn’t have time to do any test switching.

Chloe then got a look on her face realizing how this mix up could have happened, and we guess we’ll finally have the answer ourselves next week. Stay tuned…
