Carrie Draws The Line With Rafe… Right to Her Bed On Days of Our Lives

It seemed like one minute Carrie was telling Rafe she couldn’t represent him in his divorce from Hope on Days of Our Lives — because Hope is family, after all — and then the next minute she was waking up nearly naked next to the man himself.

Apparently, Carrie’s (Christie Clark) strong ethics and moral fiber took an awfully convenient U-turn on her way to the high road… or rather the low road, it seems. Sure, these two have a history together so it’s not like it came out of nowhere, especially considering both are currently unattached — but still!

Where was that initial impulse to not upset Hope (Kristian Alfonso)? Did Rafe’s (Galen Gering) sly grin just completely overwhelm her sensibilities? Was Carrie tired of Sami (Alison Sweeney) being the only Brady daughter to continually mess up and hurt family members?

Speaking of which — what is with the Brady girls’ desire to share men? Ewww. Poor Eric (Greg Vaughan) got quite an eyeful finding the two in bed together but considering he’s Sami’s twin, you would think he’d be more used to taking a ride at the awkward rodeo.

Then there’s another thing — how convenient was it that Rafe just happened to have had a nanny watching David and Ari (where was Gabi?!) for the night. Did she realize it was going to be an overnight stay? Did he bother calling to say he wouldn’t be home? Considering he couldn’t recall how he ended up in bed with Carrie, we doubt it.

Perhaps Jordan (Chrishell Hartley) should rethink leaving her child in Rafe’s hands, considering his judgment of late leaves a lot to be desired. Of course, the bigger question is — Rafe seemingly dodged a bullet a while back by not having knocked up Sami during their one-night-stand — has he done the same this time with Carrie?
