It doesn’t seem like that long ago when lovebirds Chad and Abby were over-the-moon in love and planning the perfect wedding day. Then, Batty Ben re-entered the picture and it all went downhill from there. “Days of Our Lives spoilers” reveal things are about to get worse before they ever get better.
Poor Abby (Kate Mansi) agreed to have herself committed to a mental institution to become whole again, but instead she’s deteriorated further into despair. Tomorrow, Chad (Billy Flynn) decides the best medicine for his wife should be her family, but things don’t go anywhere near as planned.
On Friday, Chad’s heart breaks in a million pieces when Abby tells him to stop visiting. He can’t believe she doesn’t want to see him or their son and wonders if he’ll ever have his wife back.
Will Abby sink further into her hole of sadness right up until the moment Kate Mansi leaves our screens. Will her psychotic break become so strong that Mansi might find even more material for that Emmy reel next year? Is this how the writers plan to bring in a new Abby one day? Will Abby end up so far gone from reality that she’ll be off screen for months and then emerge with a sane mind and a brand-new face?
And, when Abby does become whole again, where will Chad be in his life? Fans fell in love with Flynn and Mansi as their beloved Chabby. Will they fall in love with Flynn and another actress, keeping Chabby intact to thrill us some more?
