He kind of appeared out of nowhere on Days Of Our Lives (DOOL).
One day, Vivian’s only pseudo-child was Phillip, the embryo she stole from Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Victor (John Aniston) and gestated, then handed over at birth.
(This doesn’t count Nicholas, the baby she stole at birth, kept from his parents, Carly and Lawrence, and raised as her beloved nephew. So, she’s had the mothering experience, just with other people’s children.)
Then, this year, Vivian (Louise Sorel) was introducing everyone to Stefan O. (Tyler Christopher), the son she allegedly had with Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) – seemingly years before they originally met; how very General Hospital (GH) of her – and gave up for adoption because… reasons.
It’s a pretty ridiculous story. But, is it even true? Here’s what almost 4,000 viewers had to say about it.
It Doesn’t Add Up
None of this makes sense to 78% of you. Why in the world would Vivian have kept this child a secret? Why would she be stealing other people’s babies if she had one of her own?

This has to be some kind of long con. And Stefan may think he’s in control, but Vivian is obviously the one pulling the strings. It’s too bad those strings will be no more soon.
No Doubt About It
Whenever a new character shows up in Salem, odds are good he or she is an illegitimate DiMera.
It happened retroactively originally with Renee. But then we got Andre (Thaao Penglis), and Benjy, and EJ, and Chad (Billy Flynn), and even the adopted Kristen (Eileen Davidson) and Peter.
So why not Stefan, 21% of the audience sighs. Now whether or not Vivian is his mother, well, that’s a whole other story…
