Billie’s Back On Days Of Our Lives…Can She Solve The John Mystery?

 Comments

While we’ve known for months that Lisa Rinna would be returning to Days of Our Lives (DOOL) as Billie Reed, the role she created in 1992 and last played in 2013, new details have emerged — including her start date!

According to published reports, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star bring Billie back to Salem on February 13 — an early Valentine’s Day gift to legions of DAYS fans.

So what will Billie be up to? She’s currently working with the ISA so you can be sure she’ll be crossing paths with John Black (Drake Hogestyn), as well as Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols).

Could Billie be the one to shed light on why John has seemingly betrayed his best friend Steve and continues to poison him? It’s certainly the burning question for fans, as well as Will (Chandler Massey) and Paul (Christopher Sean), who appear to be risking their lives as they spy on John.

But there are others in Salem who may benefit from Billie’s presence in town. Will she spend time with her mother Kate (Lauren Koslow), who is mourning the loss of her husband Andre (Thaao Penghlis)? It looks like that will be her reason — or perhaps cover story — for returning to town.

Former frenemy Hope (Kristian Alfonso) is now the police commissioner and about to move on from her heartbreak over Bo’s death, the man they both loved, by marrying Rafe (Galen Gering). Could Billie weigh in on that situation? Soap Hub sure hopes so!

Lastly, there’s Carrie (Christie Clark), who is married to Billie’s brother, Austin and has been in town to help keep her mother Anna (Leann Hunley) out of prison. Any chance there could be a family reunion, along with half-brother, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo)? Tune in to find out!

Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
